While you can often find Eugene sitting behind a computer screen with his fingers clipping away at the keyboard, his mind is constantly in motion developing innovative technology for his clients.

His journey began more than two decades ago, when he graduated with a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of South Dakota. Fresh out of college, he parlayed his virtual skills into a job with Raytheon ITSS, where he was involved in a multitude of projects including writing early Web enabled e-commerce code for Microsoft Terraserver as well as developing and implementing an enterprise-wide accounting system using Oracle.

With that experience under his belt, Eugene began the consulting and development company Interactive THINK, Inc., where he pioneered GoTeamFitness, a fitness tracking system that shared user information over the Internet. The system grew to include more than 50,000 users and received high accolades from USA Today and other news affiliates. In addition to developing this landmark system, Eugene provided consulting services ranging from Web-database integration to client applications before he became the director of IT for Revonet, Inc., a sales and marketing company for high technology clients. During his time with Revonet, Eugene built and developed an enterprise sales and marketing automation tool for the Web that dramatically increased Revonet’s revenue as well as its ability to attract Fortune 500 clientele. Eugene has also held a position as vice president of technology with Generation Direct, Inc., an outsourced call center.

In order to meet his daily allotment of Vitamin D, Eugene enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his wife Kristi and their two young boys. He also has a fondness for anything with two-wheels that travels fast, whether it is traversing trails on his mountain bike or taking cross-country trips with his wife on their motorcycles.
