Vice President Client Services, Interactive THINK, Inc. With more than 20 years of experience, Kristi is a project manager extraordinaire with skills that serves her well in a board room as well at home raising her two young boys. After receiving her B.A. in Speech Communication and German from the University of South Dakota, Kristi was selected as one of eight individuals from across the country to take part in MCI Telecommunication’s Junior Executive Program, where she excelled in research and the development of multi-media services.

Her career trajectory was set for Stuttgart, Germany after she earned a scholarship from the BOSCH International Corporation for a one-year project manager position in its marketing department. During that time, Kristi was directly responsible for analyzing consumer trends and implementing innovative marketing strategies.

Back on U.S. soil, she spent the next six year working in the banking industry and proved to be a leader in quality assurance, customer service, collections, and data management. Kristi spearheaded Citibank’s customer service quality program, where she led the organization to move service from an efficiency model to a relational model—initiatives that enhanced customer service and customer loyalty as well as positively impacted more than 800 call representatives. She then joined BankFirst and led the New Business Department as its center manager. In this role, she oversaw more than 200 staff and 20 supervisors.

Kristi currently lends her extensive project management and leadership experience to clients in a consultative role.

Although Kristi has traveled across the country and around the world, her heart and roots lie in South Dakota. Raised on a farm, she values good old fashioned hard work and spending time with her family outdoors, where they can breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the wide-open spaces. Kristi’s adventurous spirit has propelled her to zip-line across a mountain in Colorado and to take to the highways and byways of the U.S. on a cross-country motorcycle trip with her husband Eugene.
