Values Tool Assessment

We believe that a shared approach between nurses and organizations in evaluating fit, performance, and continuing development will foster the design and implementation of Career Pathways that enhance career satisfaction, motivation and performance of the nurse and quality of care experienced by the patients they serve. Below you will find the Beta Study that was referenced in the invitation you received. This study was conducted with the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) and the Home Health Nursing Association (HHNA). The study compared the personal and professional values between the two subspecialties.
